Do you remember the "Rule of Three" from the movie American Pie 2? Kevin tells his ex-girlfriend that he hooked up with 3 girls at college and Jessica later explains the Rule of Three to Vicky. While I'm not going to divulge the number of girls I've "hooked up with" so that you can divide by three, I would like to change that rule to the "Power of Three". Three wins guarantees a playoff appearance. I have absolutely no data to back up that claim, but neither did Jessica and it turned out to be correct in the movie so it's gotta work, right?

If you're like me, you cringed when you saw Jamaal Charles go down this week. Not only do you have to feel for the guy personally, but many fantasy owners are going to be hurting as well. He was my first pick in both of the FFN Users Leagues on NFL.com, and trust me, the waiver wire is razor thin. Not a lot of choices there.

The Packers and Saints were a fantastic opening act to the 2011 NFL season. It was every bit the shootout that we were hoping for. Sunday's action was fantastic and a Monday night doubleheader awaits. Here are some of my thoughts starting with the FFN leagues.

After two more drafts yesterday, my wife asked me last night how many fantasy football leagues I'm participating in this year. I didn't know off the top of my head. 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8. "Eight I guess", I replied, to which she said, "Don't you have one tomorrow night too?". Yes, yes I do. I went into the FFN Lineup Analzer and counted the teams I have in there. There are 9. With my draft tomorrow night in the official Fleaflicker Bloggers League, that would bring the grand total up to ten. My concern is that ten is too much. With that many teams, I have such a wide array of players that watching and rooting for them all will be difficult. The game is very different with 10 leagues than 1 or 2. I'd be curious to know how many leagues everyone else is in. What's normal?
