Here's the quick rundown of what we're watching in time for those last minute lineup changes.

Clinton Portis will play. It's unclear how much playing time he'll have so use him cautiously.

Kevin Smith will play. Like Portis, he's a bit of a risk, but the Lions will need him and there's nobody else behind him.

Derrick Mason is active. Flacco has a tough matchup, but if he's throwing, it will be to Mason.

Dwayne Bowe is active. Bowe is about the only fantasy-worthy option in KC right now.

Jamal Lewis is OUT.

Matt Hasselbeck is OUT.

Derrick Ward is OUT.

Wes Welker is active and should be a good play today, especially in PPR formats.

Willie Parker is OUT.

LaDainian Tomlinson should be active but faces a very tough match up. Let him sit another week.

Todd Heap is active, but is a risky play today.

Brett Favre is active. Would you expect anything else this week?

Joey Galloway is OUT.

Matt Forte is active and should be a great play this week.
